Working in recovery isn’t just a job for me — it’s a calling rooted in personal transformation, resilience, and hope. With lived experience and personal connection to the field of mental health, addiction and recovery, I bring deep empathy, understanding, and commitment to my role as a Service Support Worker in Ealing.

My journey with Build On Belief began as a service user, followed by volunteering, and eventually stepping into a staff role. Along the way, I’ve developed experience in a range of recovery approaches. These tools not only supported my own journey but now allow me to support others in a holistic way and building sustainable, healthy lives.

I’m truly grateful to be working in a field so close to my heart, helping others find hope and strength in their own recovery and to be part of the BoB team.
