About us Who we are Staff Kourtney Turner Operations Manager Hi, I’m Kourtney. I am one of the Operations Managers at Build on Belief. Before this, I was the Service Manager in Ealing, and I also worked in the South Harrow service too, so I’ve been part of BoB in different ways over time. I came into this work through both personal and professional experience. I’ve had my fair share mental health challenges and supported people close to me through theirs, which has shaped how I see things and how I work with others. Working across these services, I’ve seen how much of a difference the right support can make. It’s not always about big things! Sometimes it’s just about someone feeling listened to or having a space where they can be themselves. Which is something I try to keep at the centre of what I do. I truly believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported in a way that works for them.
