We'd like to give you the opportunity to provide us with your feedback, which is extremely valuable and helps us to improve our service offer. Complaints We put a lot of effort, training and time in our work and the ethics attached to that, but we do understand that there is a potential for issues or concerns when working in the field and with vulnerable people. Everyone has the right to complain and we also recognise how important it can be to be heard when people have been marginalised or isolated by society. If you're not happy with the service provided and/or you feel the need to report an issue, please follow those steps:1) You will need to fill in the complaint form to the best of your knowledge and provide us with all relevant information. 2) Once received we will come back to you in a timely manner aligned to our Complaints Policy.
