What happens in treatment?

'The starting point of all achievement is desire.'

Accessing structured treatment can be a daunting thought, especially if the experience is new to you. It's easy to be worried about what will happen next, and confused by your treatment options. Concerns around confidentiality, the fact you might have children, and exactly how you will be helped to deal with your substance use are commonplace and can make it easy to postpone getting help. The following pages are intended to give you an idea of what to expect and help you take that first step. If you have any questions, please get in touch, and we will do our best to answer them!
