Service Manager in West Sussex

I have many years of lived experience of recovering from substance use disorder, and I now enjoy focusing on helping others recover from addiction and instability. My experience is key to helping support others, and seeing people grow and rebuild their lives gives me great happiness.

I started as a volunteer with Build on Belief, and since then I have grown, winning the Volunteer of the Year award, then becoming employed part-time while also studying for a degree in biomedical science.

Build on Belief has given me a place where I feel at home, and I am privileged to step up to the post of service manager. I particularly look forward to delivering the Women’s Well-being Project. I am passionate about helping women regain their lives and dealing with the issues that affect women who have suffered homelessness, addiction, and domestic violence.

In my spare time, I enjoy music, singing, and playing the violin, and studying the sciences. I am always happy to chat and give support, so please come and say hello.
