Activities on Offer

'The different between involvement and commitment is like a ham and eggs breakfast. The chicken was involved. The pig was committed!'

At Build on Belief personal experience has taught us that meaningful activity is central to building and sustaining recovery from addiction. It has also taught us that it has to be fun!

Each of our projects offers a range of activities based around the 'Five Ways to Well-being.' If you are interested, these are as follows:

CONNECT - GIVE BACK - BE ACTIVE - KEEP LEARNING - TAKE NOTICE

Many of our workshops and groups are run by volunteers in recovery who wish to share their own life-skills and experience with others. No two Build on Belief projects are alike, and the activities on offer are based on the interests of local service users, the individual skills of the volunteer team, the passion and commitment of the service managers and the facilities available to us.

WHY NOT HAVE A LOOK BELOW, PICK ONE AND JOIN US?

We regret that activities differ from project to project and not all are available everywhere. We therefore, reluctantly point out, that because of commissioning structures and funding streams, you are only able to access BoB services in the borough in which you live . . . . unless of course, you choose to volunteer with us!
